We provide troubleshooting for electric heat pumps and gas pool heaters. We'll check for common issues such as inadequate water pressure, low gas pressure, worn-out heater elements, faulty motors, blower issues, circuit board damage, and more.
For gas heaters, the blower pulls the correct amount of air and gas into the burner. Similarly, your heat pump fan pulls in air to start the heating process. Both must be functioning correctly for your heater to work.
We'll check for error codes, power supply problems, and review the circuit board for any visible signs of damage. If necessary, we can replace the heater control board.
The temperature sensor is the part responsible for monitoring the temperature of all incoming water to your heat pump. Once the sensor detects the target temperature, it signals the heat pump to take a break for awhile.
