Start your season with year round or seasonal services and let us place you on our schedule today!
NHP, LLC can assemble and start your pool and hot tub equipment, balance the water and inspect the pool and hot tub for proper operation.
NHP, LLC will test and balance the water chemistry, vacuum the pool and hot tub, clean the filter(s), empty skimmer baskets, remove trash from the pool and hot tub area, straighten deck furniture, secure the hot tub cover and strap(s) and report any property or equipment damage.
NHP, LLC can service your personal pool and hot tub weekly to ensure that you have healthy swimming water for your family and friends.
NHP, LLC understands the importance of proper water chemistry and preventing freeze damage when closing a pool for the season. We clear the water from your plumbing and equipment with air and close or cap all returns, skimmers and main drains. We also offer the option to check your pool over the winter as well because water chemistry is most important when water temperatures drop below 50 degrees.
NHP, LLC recommends changing the sand in your pool filtration system every four to six years depending on the size of your filter tank. The jagged edges of the sand wear down and become smooth as the sand ages. When this happens the sand can no longer trap debris particles and dirt can pass through the sand and back into the pool. As the sand ages, it may start to clump and the water flow can form channels in the sand, also allowing the debris to pass through.
NHP, LLC recommends changing your cartridge filter(s) once a year. A worn out cartridge cannot filter the fine contaminants that are introduced into your water from bathers and could also strain your pump(s) causing your equipment to fail prematurely.
NHP, LLC can provide inspection services for your pool and hot tub whether you are purchasing a new home or questioning your existing equipment. We can test the TDH (total dynamic head) of your swimming pool at the pump to ensure that energy isn’t being wasted with an oversized motor. We can check main drains and suction grates for safety to avoid entrapment hazards. We would also check all entrances to the pool area for self-closing and self-latching gates as well as safety equipment such as a shepherd crook and people pole or other life saving devices.
